A little planning helps Santa arrive relaxed, on time, and ready to make Christmas memories. These policies apply unless different terms are included in your written agreement with Salt Life Santa B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or time. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-confirmed basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your appearance is confirmed only after availability, services, location, travel, pricing, and payment terms have been agreed to in writing\u2014and the required deposit has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Until then, the date remains available to other families and event organizers. Even Santa cannot hold every date with Christmas magic alone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A 50% deposit<\/strong> is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled appearance unless other arrangements are included in your written agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Additional time, travel, parking, tolls, photography, Mrs. Claus, elves, or other requested services may involve additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Deposits are generally nonrefundable because your reserved time is removed from Santa\u2019s calendar. When sufficient notice is provided, we may allow the deposit to be transferred to another available date during the same season. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Any cancellation or refund terms contained in your signed agreement will take priority over this general policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Santa plans travel carefully, but holiday traffic, weather, sleigh trouble, or delays at an earlier event can sometimes affect arrival time. Please provide accurate directions, parking instructions, entry details, and an on-site contact number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The appearance begins and ends at the times listed in the booking agreement. If the event begins late, Santa may still need to leave at the originally scheduled time to reach the next stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Requests for additional time are subject to availability and additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please reserve a convenient parking space near the entrance whenever possible. A little privacy for Santa\u2019s arrival is appreciated\u2014especially if he needs to adjust his suit or retrieve his bag before greeting guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please avoid having Santa carry gifts over long distances. Gifts should be clearly labeled and placed in Santa\u2019s bag before the entrance whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and reasonably comfortable environment for Santa and his crew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For outdoor events, please provide shelter from rain, excessive heat, strong wind, or other unsafe conditions. Santa\u2019s suit is designed for the North Pole, so Florida weather may require reasonable breaks, shade, water, or an indoor cooling area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Santa may shorten or end an appearance if conditions become unsafe, threatening, excessively hot, or inappropriate for a family-friendly event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A responsible adult must remain present and supervise children throughout the appearance. Santa will never force a frightened or uncomfortable child to sit on his lap, pose for a photograph, or participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Friendly pets are welcome when approved in advance. The owner must maintain control of the animal at all times. Santa reserves the right to decline contact with any animal if safety becomes a concern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please contact us before the event if anyone involved has a contagious illness or if circumstances have changed in a way that could affect safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If Santa B must cancel because of serious illness, emergency, dangerous weather, or another circumstance beyond reasonable control, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the appearance. If rescheduling is not possible, payments for services not provided will be handled according to the written booking agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Guests are welcome to take personal photographs and video unless the booking agreement states otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Professional photography, commercial filming, promotional use, live broadcasting, or media appearances must be discussed and approved in advance. Photography services may also be available through Simply Seen Photography<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Salt Life Santa B will request permission before using identifiable client or guest images for promotional purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Salt Life Santa B provides wholesome, family-friendly entertainment. Santa may decline activities, language, themes, requests, or conduct that could harm the character, make guests uncomfortable, or place anyone at risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior will place the event directly on the naughty list and may result in the appearance ending without a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These Booking Policies provide general guidance. Your written proposal, invoice, or signed agreement may contain additional terms specific to your event.
